In her former life, Jamie was the Assistant Athletic Director for Northwest Florida State College as well as the Assistant Women’s basketball coach. She coordinated the athletic teams, events, and fund raising. She worked closely with local businesses and media personnel on various promotional opportunities. The scope of work prepared her for managing multiple groups with clear communication and detailed organizational skills. After having her first of three children, she temporarily retired, putting her family first. Today, she’s back in the workforce providing excellent customer service to the communities that put their trust in Alliance Association Management Company.

After graduating from Niceville High School, Elise continued her education with a degree in Finance and Business Economics. After a short stint in banking, her passion for the outdoors led her to become a project manager for a large local landscape company. Now, as a project manager for AAMC, Elise helps in contract negotiations and vendor oversight, but her true strength lies in customer service. Elise is a former member of the Destin Forward Leadership Class of 2015 and AAMC's active liaison with the Niceville Chamber of Commerce.
